My love and fascination with jewellery began when I was a little girl and my mother would invite my sisters and I to delve into her jewellery boxes. Today I wear a mixture of those hidden gems, my own jewellery and pieces that I have collected from junk shops and designer jewellers! I love jewellery in all its forms and now I have the ultimate joy of designing and making jewellery for others.
Having gained a B.A Hons in Visual and Performing Arts from Brighton University, I went on to learn how to make jewellery attending part-time courses and self-teaching. For several years I have been working to commission and selling my designs in small local shops. In 2018 I enrolled onto an MA in Jewellery at the University for the Creative Arts in Farnham.
Samantha English Jewellery
Jewellery always has meaning, it tells a story whether it be a gift from a loved one, inherited or a piece that just speaks to you.
Every piece from Samantha English Jewellery has been designed and handcrafted by me with the intention that the love and care that I have imbued it with will be the start of its story with you or to whomever you gift it to. I work in Sterling Silver and semi precious stones; pieces are hallmarked with my maker mark.
I make jewellery for people who want to stand a little away from the crowd whilst enjoying pieces that can be comfortably worn everyday.
