Flash Fiction Writing Workshop
Event Date:
13/06/2023
Event Time:
1:30 pm
Event Location:
Montague Gallery
This workshop is suitable for writers of all levels – whether you have experience in writing or feel like giving it a go. You only need to bring yourself and an openness to see where words take us.
In this two-hour long session we will draw inspiration from published flash fiction, looking at different aspects of it, such as strong character voice, bold imagery, interesting structure. We will use these to create fresh, original stories, as well as get inspired by fun prompts.
There will be opportunities to share some of our work if you wish and receive helpful and encouraging feedback.
We will gather lots of new ideas and generate new material in a fun, relaxed and supportive environment.
You will come away with an array of fresh ideas and drafts, and with feeling motivated and inspired to keep developing your writing.
This workshop is led by an experienced and published short story writer Rayna Haralambieva.
Any questions, please get in touch. Looking forward to seeing you there.
