Ever dreamed of designing and making your own jewellery? Do you have a colour scheme or an idea you would like to create for you or as a gift?
This workshop provides the skills to fix silver findings and use crystal, glass, semiprecious and wood beads to make your own bespoke treasure.
All materials will be supplied and participants will go home with a piece of jewellery they have designed and created.
Small groups enable one to one tuition.
Further courses in making bracelets, earrings and collar and charms jewellery are planned for 2027.

There is a maximum of 8 people per course.
If you are unable to attend a booked course you may be able to transfer to a new date if at least 14 days notice is given in writing by email to workshop@montaguegallery.co.uk However any cancellation with less than 48 hours notice is non-refundable and non transferrable.
We will take a short break for tea and biscuits for refreshments.
Yes, that will not cause any problems.
No, all materials and tools are provided.
Yes, absolutely everyone is welcome!
Age suitability – Adults 18+ (16/17 only if accompanied by a responsible “paying” adult). Regrettably, as the teaching space, within the upstairs gallery, is limited, no accompanying children are permissible within the class.
