Event Date:
20/02/2027
Event Time:
10:30 am
Event Location:
Montague Gallery
Artist Michelle Dawson loves to draw flowers using a dip-pen and Indian ink. Join her at this workshop where she will demonstrate how to use the pen to make thick and thin lines and flowing curved lines. There will be time to practice making a variety of marks with the dip-pen. You will then select a bloom from the variety of Spring flowers available and Michelle will guide you in making an observational ink drawing by looking directly at the flower.
All materials are provided. We will have a break for hot drinks and biscuits halfway through the workshop.
