Artist Michelle Dawson loves to draw detailed illustrations of flowers using a dip-pen and Indian ink. In this relaxing workshop she will demonstrate how to use the pen to create a variety of marks and lines with different qualities.
After some time to practice using this tool you can watch as she draws a flower from close observation.
Then you will be ready to choose a bloom yourself, closely study it and produce a detailed ink drawing.
All materials will be provided.

There is a maximum of 10 people per course.
Are refreshments provided?
We will take a short break for tea and biscuits for refreshments.
I'm left-handed, can I still join in?
Yes, that will not cause any problems.
Do I need to bring anything?
No, all materials and tools are provided.
I'm not artistic can I still join?
Yes, absolutely everyone is welcome!
Do I need to wear special clothing?
Be sure to wear clothes that won't matter getting a bit dirty!
The workshop I am interested in is sold out; do you have a waiting list?
You can be added to the waiting list if you cannot attend, or the course is sold out.
I have paid for a place in a workshop but am now unable to come. Is it possible to have a refund?
We can only give refunds in exceptional circumstances. We will however offer an alternative date or course.
