During the workshop I will show you how to use pastels to create realistic picture of your pet. Pastels and paper will be provided – be prepared to get messy!
All you need is an A4 photocopy of your pet (head and shoulders is best) and as clear as possible its handy to have the original picture on a phone.
No previous knowledge of pastel drawing is necessary – just come and enjoy!

How many people are in each workshop?
There is a maximum of 8 people per course.
The workshop I am interested in is sold out; do you have a waiting list?
You can be added to the waiting list if you cannot attend, or the course is sold out.
I have paid for a place in a workshop but am now unable to come. Is it possible to have a refund?
We can only give refunds in exceptional circumstances. We will however offer an alternative date or course.
Are refreshments provided?
We will take a short break for tea and biscuits for refreshments.
I'm left-handed, can I still join in?
Yes, that will not cause any problems.
I'm not artistic can I still join?
Yes, absolutely everyone is welcome!
Do I need to wear special clothing?
Be sure to wear clothes that won't matter getting a bit dirty!
Is this course suitable for children?
Age suitability – Adults 18+ (16/17 only if accompanied by a responsible “paying” adult). Regrettably, as the teaching space, within the upstairs gallery, is limited, no accompanying children are permissible within the class.
