A monthly class for people who want to develop their drawing and painting skills.  Explore materials and techniques alongside like-minded creative people with the guidance of Artist and Educator Michelle Dawson.

In this session Michelle will show you how she uses her sketchbooks to unwind with mixed media ‘playtime’.  Experiment with layering up crayons, oil pastels and acrylic paint and delight in the happy accidents that occur.  Use motifs and shapes from previous drawings you have made or go completely abstract and let the materials do the talking!

Please bring:

Sketchbook or paper pad (minimum A4 size), soft pencil (2B or softer), wax crayons and/or oil pastels, white acrylic paint plus one other colour, coloured pencils.
